Jessica Fitch serves as Chief Operating Officer at Plant Based Support, where she oversees day-to-day operations, strengthens internal systems, and helps guide the organization through its current stage of growth. Her work focuses on creating clear structure, improving team coordination, supporting core programs, and helping Plant Based Support deliver a stronger experience for its members and community.

Jessica’s connection to the plant-based mission is rooted in her commitment to health, compassion, sustainability, and animal welfare. She is passionate about making whole-food, plant-based living feel more accessible, supportive, and realistic for people at every stage of the journey.

Professionally, Jessica brings a strong background in community-building, operational strategy, partnerships, and program development. She helps turn ideas into organized, repeatable systems so the organization can grow with clarity and care.

Outside of her work with Plant Based Support, Jessica is an animal advocate who has volunteered with animal sanctuaries and supported local plant-based initiatives. She enjoys hiking, exploring nature, watercolor painting, and spending time with her wife and their three rescued companion animals.
