She specializes in plant-based nutrition, working with private clients and corporate wellness programs, and manages TheNutritionProfessor.com. A chef contributor and event leader, Timaree serves on the Plant-Based Prevention of Disease Executive Board, has contributed to Plant Based Support's Perfectly Plant-Based Cookbook and Andrew Taylor’s Spud Fit Cookbook, and is the author of The Foodie Bar Way (foodiebars.com) and Nice Cream: 31 Flavors That Love You.
