Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in attending a Plant Based Support event. By registering for and/or purchasing a ticket to any Plant Based Support event, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, our events are crucial to supporting our mission and programs. The costs associated with planning, organizing, and executing our events are incurred in advance based on registrations. Therefore, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all event registrations and ticket purchases due to attendee-initiated cancellations, regardless of the reason. This includes, but is not limited to, illness, travel issues, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.

In the unlikely event that Plant Based Support is forced to cancel an event, registered attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fee or ticket purchase. We will make every effort to notify registered attendees as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation. For attendees who experience a genuine emergency that prevents their attendance, you may request a refund only if the event is not recorded or made available for later viewing. All emergency refund requests must be submitted in writing to connect@plantbasedsupport.org no later than one week (7 calendar days) after the scheduled event date. Emergency refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by Plant Based Support. Please note that documentation supporting the nature of the emergency may be required.

Your registration fee or ticket purchase is otherwise considered a donation to Plant Based Support and directly supports our work. While we generally cannot provide refunds for attendee cancellations, we may, at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, allow for the transfer of your registration to another individual. Any such transfer requests must be made in writing to connect@plantbasedsupport.org at least 3 days prior to the event date and are subject to approval by Plant Based Support. By completing the registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the Refund Policy. We appreciate your understanding and support of Plant Based Support.
