Bryan Dennstedt

Bryan Dennstedt is the COO of Plant Based Support, bringing decades of experience in tech leadership and a deep passion for whole-food, plant-based living. He helps scale impact-driven organizations by combining operational excellence with mission alignment.

Bryan’s journey into the plant-based world began in 2011 after watching the documentary Forks Over Knives. That moment sparked a complete transformation. What started as a simple blog quickly evolved into Real Men Eat Plants, a platform created to encourage and empower men to embrace a plant-based lifestyle.

Over the years, this mission has grown in reach and impact. Bryan launched the Real Men Eat Plants website to share blogs, recipes, and resources that make plant-based living more approachable, especially for men who may not initially see this lifestyle as mainstream.

A cornerstone of the platform is the 30-Day Challenge, a guided experience that has helped countless men take their first steps toward going vegan. The challenge focuses on education, support, and real, sustainable results.

Podcasting became a major part of the initiative. In Season 1 of the Real Men Eat Plants Podcast, Bryan teamed up with Rich Reynolds to produce 38 episodes filled with insight and humor. This was followed by The Glen Merzer Show, hosted by Glen Merzer, whose blend of rants, interviews, and deep dives brought a fresh perspective to the plant-based conversation.

The platform continued to expand with The Plant Based on Fire Podcast, which highlights stories of both emerging and established plant-based businesses. Another popular addition was Plants VS Meat, a lighthearted yet meaningful debate series that opens up conversations between vegans and omnivores, offering a balanced view of differing dietary perspectives.

Most recently, Bryan welcomed Shane Martin from Shane and Simple as the host of the latest season of the Real Men Eat Plants Podcast. Shane’s straightforward approach to cooking is simple, delicious, and accessible. His style resonates strongly with the audience.

At its core, Real Men Eat Plants is more than just a resource for food and nutrition. Bryan’s vision is to build a compassionate, supportive community for anyone exploring or committed to a plant-based life. Whether someone is just beginning or already fully plant-based, the platform offers inspiration, education, and connection.
