Bryan Dennstedt serves as President and Fractional Chief Technology Officer at Plant Based Support, where he helps guide the organization’s technology, systems, infrastructure, website, automation systems, and strategic technology direction. In this role, Bryan supports the digital foundation that allows Plant Based Support to reach more people, strengthen its programs, and continue growing its impact.

Bryan’s connection to the plant-based mission began in 2011 after watching Forks Over Knives. That experience led him to adopt a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle and later create Real Men Eat Plants, a platform focused on encouraging men to explore plant-based living. That work deepened his commitment to making plant-based education more approachable, practical, and supportive.

Professionally, Bryan brings more than 20 years of experience in information technology, including work with companies such as IBM and Xerox. His background in technology, systems, and digital strategy helps Plant Based Support continue building tools and processes that support both the team and the community.
