Super Quick and Easy Secret Sauce

Makes: 1 - 2 servings

Prep time: 2 minutes

Cook time: 15 microwave seconds



INGREDIENTS

  • 3 T nutritional yeast

  • ¼ t coriander

  • ¼ t garlic powder

  • ¼ t black pepper

  • ¼ t salt (optional)

  • 1 t tamari soy sauce

  • ¼ c soy or almond milk



DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Microwave 15 seconds.

  3.  Drizzle onto food as is or add a little water for a thin consistency.



TIPS

  1. This super easy, low-fat sauce is delicious over pasta, broccoli, and kale.

  2. If you still have not made peace with kale, this will make you fall in love forever.
