Chef: Christin’s Power Breakfast

Makes: 4 Servings

Prep Time: 8 min


INGREDIENTS


  • 32 oz frozen chopped spinach

  • 16 oz crushed pineapple

  • 2 15 oz cans chickpeas

  • 1-2 T ground cinnamon


DIRECTIONS


  1. Thaw spinach in a colander under hot water. Squeeze out the excess water. Place in a large bowl.

  2. Drain and rinse chickpeas. Add to the spinach.

  3. Add pineapple and cinnamon.

  4. Stir and mix all the ingredients with a fork and enjoy!
