Plant Based Support is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to evidence-based education and advocacy of whole food, plant-based nutrition and an active lifestyle. Our goal is to prevent and reverse chronic diseases by empowering individuals through education, resources, and community support.

Founded in 2014 by Paul Chatlin after his personal health transformation, Plant-Based Support began with a small group meeting and has since grown into a vibrant community with over 10,000 subscribers, offering virtual and in person events, cooking classes, resources, and support groups.
