Cooking Instructor, Cookbook Author and Food Photographer

Linda Tyler is a Portland-based cooking instructor, cookbook author, and food photographer dedicated to making plant-based cooking practical, flavorful, and approachable.

She is the author of The Plant-Based Anti-Inflammatory Cookbook and Cook Once, Eat Better, a meal-prep guide featuring 12 weeks of flexible, balanced plant-based meal ideas. She co-authored Purely Plant-Based Cheese with Donna Spencer, bringing together carefully tested recipes for delicious plant-based cheeses and cheese-inspired meals.

Linda teaches cooking classes through Portland Community College, offers one-on-one plant-based lifestyle sessions, and serves on the video review team for NutritionFacts.org.

Donna Spencer is a Wellness Cooking Coach, recipe developer, and creator of PLANTifull Fare, where she shares whole-food, plant-based cooking inspired by the comforting flavors of her Italian family traditions.

Raised in a food-loving family where meals were a meaningful way to connect, Donna brings that same warmth to her teaching today. Her work helps people reinvent familiar dishes through practical plant-based cooking techniques, without losing the joy, culture, or togetherness that make food memorable.

As co-author of Purely Plant-Based Cheese, Donna combines approachable kitchen guidance with recipes designed to make whole-food plant-based meals satisfying, welcoming, and full of flavor.
