Hatha Yoga with Lori

A 60 minute beginner to moderate Hatha yoga practice incorporating movement, breathwork, and techniques for becoming healthier and more in harmony with your life. If you have a yoga block please bring.

Lori teaches a blend of Hatha yoga, yoga therapy, and breath awareness. The purpose of these classes are to create more strength and flexibility while increasing balance and undoing holding patterns in the body. Increasing awareness of how we move throughout our day as well as how to use our breath to still the mind and be present. It’s also a fun class so be ready to laugh a bit also. 
Lori is a 2004 graduate of the Temple Of Kriya in Chicago. Her emphasis is on wellness of mind, body, and spirit.
