Mike has spent years turning casual evenings into unforgettable moments, and now he’s bringing that same energy to Plant Based Support. A lifelong vegetarian and 10+ year vegan, Mike’s passion for community and whole-food living makes this a night you won’t want to miss.

BIO: Mike has been on a plant-based journey for much of his adult life. Since first adopting a vegetarian diet in his late teens, Mike has continued to explore more and better ways to live a lifestyle free of animal products. While now being fully vegan for over a decade, he has more recently begun exploring the benefits of a whole food, plant-based diet and ways to adapt changes towards a better well being, both physically and mentally. Each day is a new journey and a chance to learn and grow.
Mike is currently the Managing Director of Quizzo Trivia, which he has been running and operating since 2015, providing live trivia entertainment to businesses and companies throughout metro Detroit and the state of Michigan. He also works part time as a copy editor and fact-checker for the sports and pop culture website The Ringer. Mike is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he studied journalism, and has previously worked as a web producer for the Detroit Free Press and MLive.com.
