She is the founder and director of Main Street Vegan Academy, training and certifying vegan lifestyle coaches and educators since 2012, and host of the long-running, and award-winning, Main Street Vegan podcast. 
In 2016, Victoria was voted Peta's Sexiest Vegan Over 50, and she was the 2024 inductee into the Vegan Hall of Fame. 

Fun facts: With a $1 press card from a teen magazine, Victoria attended her first Beatles press conference at 14, and when she was 17, Paul McCartney bought her a drink.
