This is a welcoming, beginner-friendly group focused on the practical side of whole food, plant-based living. Each session is designed to give you simple, useful tips you can apply right away, helping you build confidence, reduce decision fatigue, and take the next step on your journey.
We explore real-life topics like pantry essentials, basic kitchen tools, and simple go-to meals. You’ll get ideas for 3 easy meals a day, snacks, travel-friendly foods, and tips for eating out, so you can build healthy habits that work for your lifestyle.
Along the way, you’ll hear from inspiring members and guest speakers, see basic food demos, and leave each session with recipes and encouragement to keep moving forward.
