This class is designed as a simple reset: one recipe, one set of techniques, one shared experience, so “healthy cooking” becomes less abstract and more like something you can actually do.

In this session, Karen will guide you through:
• How to build flavor in raw meals (balance, texture, acidity, freshness)
• Simple prep methods that make raw food feel satisfying
• Ingredient swaps so you can adapt based on what you have
• How to repeat the meal (or remix it) without starting from scratch
• Live Q&A so you can troubleshoot in real time
