The Allergy, Asthma, and Immunity Support Group—a cozy corner of the internet where we’ll discuss how food choices can help or hurt allergic skin problems, breathing, and your immune system.
We’ll dig into the role food plays in asthma, both the superheroes and the villains, and how a plant-based diet can help you breathe a little easier. It’s a one-hour interactive session where I’ll rotate between a few slides and live Q&A (yes, real-time—you ask, we answer… or at least try to).
Future meetings will explore other hot topics like:
• Can your fork fight a rash? (a.k.a. dermatitis and food triggers)
• Why am I swelling like a balloon? (Hello, chronic hives!)
• Going plant-based when allergic to everything except air (we got you)
