⁉️Did you know there's a connection between inflammation in the body and the development of diseases, such as acid reflux, arthritis, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, kidney failure, chronic pain, and so much more?
The GOOD news is that much can be done to relieve or reverse today's inflammatory issues.
Many lifestyle factors contribute to chronic inflammation, but DIET is by far the biggest determinant.
In this group, you’ll learn:
*The difference between acute and chronic inflammation
*Common contributors to inflammation and the ailments associated with it
*How inflammation harms the heart
*The role our immune system plays in the big picture
*Which foods are pro-inflammatory vs anti-inflammatory (and why)
*How to read labels to quickly spot inflammatory ingredients
*What you can do to find relief if you suspect (or know) you're suffering with inflammation

Cyd Notter's Bio:
Your Host, Cyd Notter is a graduate of the Center for Nutrition Studies, a Licensed PCRM Food for Life Instructor, and a certified instructor for several dietary therapy courses, including The Starch Solution, Food Over Medicine, and Women’s Health. 
Cyd is also a past newspaper columnist and the author of the award-winning book, The “Plan A” Diet: Combining Whole Food Plant Based Nutrition with the Timeless Wisdom of Scripture.
She offers a variety of health and cooking classes, provides nutritional coaching on both individual and corporate levels, speaks to local groups, and has worked with school district employees and a hospital’s fitness center.
Cyd’s past accolades include serving as a Certified Health Educator for Wellness Forum Health for six years, being named Woman of the Year by the Morris Business and Professional Women and being named Entrepreneur of the Year by the Grundy County Chamber of Commerce for her role as a retail business owner. Cyd and her husband live in Illinois where they enjoy outdoor activities, classic movies, and old Volkswagens.
