Hi everyone, my name is Juan Brady, and this is my story.
I always struggled with my weight and energy. I tried all kinds of diets, but after a while, I always ended up back in the same place, discouraged and helpless.
Everything changed the day my wife and I decided to go vegan, driven by love and compassion for animals. We didn’t know much about the benefits of a plant-based diet, we just knew we no longer wanted to participate in unnecessary animal suffering.
Things got even more interesting when our youngest son chose to join us in this lifestyle, also for moral reasons. That’s when I decided to get certified through the T. Colin Campbell Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate. I wanted to learn more about plant-based nutrition and make sure my son was getting all the nutrients he needed to grow and thrive.
Long story short: I was blown away when I learned that animals are just the middlemen and we can get all the nutrients and vitamins we need by going straight to the source: PLANTS.
This is the complete opposite of what society and culture have taught us: that you need animal products to be strong and healthy.
That’s why this has been one of the biggest game changers of my life. For the first time, I was able to lose weight, maintain a healthy body, and feel vibrant throughout the day, all without harming any sentient beings.
Knowing what I know now, I felt inspired to start my 1-on-1 online coaching to help others feel vibrant through whole plant-based foods, movement, and meditation.
