Living plant-based can be deeply fulfilling – and yet there also may be emotional challenges along the way. This support group offers a safe, welcoming space to navigate the psychological and emotional aspects of thriving with a plant-based lifestyle.
We’ll address a variety of topics, including building emotional resilience, understanding the psychology of healthy change, overcoming personal and emotional barriers, the food-mood connection, healthy self-care, coping with setbacks, self-compassion, and empowered communication.
Whether you’re just starting your plant-based journey or have been living this way for years, you’ll find encouragement, resources, and connection with others who are navigating the joys and challenges of plant-based living. Please join us to share, learn, and grow together.
