How awareness, stillness, and reflection can help us live with more peace and intention. - Harmonious relationships
How connection, compassion, and communication shape our wellbeing. - Movement and exercise
How caring for the body can become a steady, supportive practice. - Connection with nature

Why This Matters
Many people are surrounded by health advice, but still feel disconnected.
Eat this. Avoid that. Exercise more. Stress less. Meditate. Sleep better. Be more disciplined.
It can become a lot.
This workshop offers a more integrated way to think about healthy living. Instead of treating food, movement, relationships, awareness, nature, and creativity as separate pieces, Dr. Tuttle brings them together into one larger picture of vitality and peace.
At Plant Based Support, we believe lasting change happens with education, encouragement, and community. This event reflects that mission by creating space for learning, reflection, and a deeper understanding of what it means to live well.
