BIO: Nicolette Nadolna is a plant-based nutrition educator and coach with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Nutrition from Wayne State University and a Plant-Based Nutrition Certification from eCornell University. Nicolette is the founder of an online nutrition education and coaching program that supports vegan and veggie-curious women in breaking free from the binge–restrict cycle and finding lasting freedom without dieting.
